When buying from us it's important you don't schedule any installation work until the products you ordered have arrived and have been checked. In the case that there is an issue with your order we don't want you paying unnessarily for installation. Please ensure all goods have arrived in good condition before paying for installation.

Our Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on bubbles.uk.com. By using our website you agree to our terms of use and bubbles.uk.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these Terms of Use.

Your order is only accepted when we deliver the goods you have ordered. Prior to delivery we reserve the right to cancel, refund, alter or refuse your order. Any email or contact is simply to report the state of your order and is not acceptance of the order. For the process of ordering and accessing previous order acknowledgements we store your personal details in compliance with GDPR.

All images, descriptive matter, specifications, dimensions, advertising material on bubbles.uk.com are soley for providing an approximate description of the specific goods. All dimensions, specification and images are intended only as a guide. We aim for the most accuracte dimensions, specifications, images and descriptions of the products on our site but advise customers to seek our technical advise from a qualified source prior to ordering or installing a product.

Whilst we aim for our images to portray the product accurately slight variations may occur between the image on our site and the product when you recieve it.

Please note that certain products may need to be altered when installed to meet your specific requirements as well as the requirements of your bathroom. Any alterations that are made void any guarantee or warranty previously applied to the product.

Any products that a customised, made-to-order, bespoke or specifically requested are made specifically for that customer and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. Any delivery times for these products are estimates and may not represent the delivery times you experience and there is no guarantee that you will recieve the product by a specific date.
