Standard Delivery is free for most items to most of main land United Kingdom. Delivery of certain items to places such as; Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or The Highlands may incur an additional delivery charge after order to placed. Express delivery for small items and for orders below £150 is charged at checkout and uses an expedited service which does not guarentee next-day delivery.
Novellini
Delivery of Novellini items requires someone to be available to recieve the item upon delivery in order to sign for the goods and inspect them for any defects or damages you may find.
Scudo
Delivery of Scudo items requires someone to be available to recieve the item upon delivery in order to sign for the goods and inspect them for any defects or damages you may find. You will be contacted by Scudo themselves in order to arrange a delivery date which you must adhear to, otherwise a 30% re-stocking charge may apply. Delivery will not be arranged without confirmation from yourself and your order may be held indefinately if you do not arrange a date.
Reina
Delivery of Reina items is 2-4 working days and someone may be required to be available to recieve delivery of the items in order to sign for it as well as inspect any defects or damages the item may have.
Any products that a customised, made-to-order, bespoke or specifically requested are made specifically for that customer and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. Any delivery times for these products are estimates and may not represent the delivery times you experience and there is no guarantee that you will recieve the product by a specific date.
Intermediary
If you are using an intermediary for delivery of the item from ourselves to yourself we are not responsible for any damages that are incurred during transit. As we cannot guarentee the safe transportation of goods.
