Ordered two toilet seats via 'express' delivery. Obviously they don't hold stock. They were supposed to be with with me in 3 days but here we are 10 days later and still nothing. The original excuse was Evri lost the package (it was never sent). Their solution was to 'resend' (even though I purchased the last of the stock) and weirdly enough they advised me to use the original tracking number for the new order - apparently that's how shipping works... Do yourself a favour, find another supplier.
Nice to have a pleasant fragrance rather than a synthetic smell which is so overwhelming. The pod fits nicely on the fan grill and looks great with the car's interior.
They sell the product but are not willing to listen when there is an issue, blaming instead the customer for not doing the right thing. Pathetic
