Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return policy changes depending on the item you purchase please refer to the specific supplier returns policy below depending on your item. Any product with a "hygiene seal" (this includes plastic wrapping and seals) cannot be returned once the product has been removed from the plastic wrapping or if the seal is broken.

If you are using an intermediary for delivery of the item from ourselves to yourself we are not responsible for any damages that are incurred during transit. As we cannot guarentee the safe transportation of goods.

For Smart Toilets we will not accept returns if purchased in error. You are only eligible for a return or refund if there is a fault with the toilet.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For defective items; If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For unwanted items; if you have ordered the wrong item or you no longer want the item, you are responsible for sending the item to us where we will ensure it is in good condition before accepting the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Policy

  • Warranty Agreement and Restrictions
    Bubbles Showers & Bathrooms warrants the products sold by Bubbles Showers & Bathrooms shall be free from defects in material, workmanship and function under Normal Use on the warranty period outlined in Warranty Terms from the original date of receipt. "Normal Use" means in strict accordance with the installation, operation and maintenance manual. If any of the warranted products are found by Bubbles Showers & Bathrooms to be defective in normal use, suchproducts will, at Bubbles Showers & Bathrooms' option, be replaced, repaired or made appropriate adjustment at Bubbles Showers & Bathrooms'. The parties hereto expressly agree that Original Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy against Bubbles Showers & Bathrooms' shall be on the repair, replacement or refund of defective products as provided herein. This warranty does not cover labor or other costs or expenses to remove or install any defective, repaired or replaced product. In no event shall the liability of Bubbles Showers & Bathrooms exceed the purchase price of the product. This limited warranty DOES NOT cover any loss and/or damage due to:
  •  Misuse or unusual use
  • Mishandling
  • Accident
  • Neglect
  • Acts of god. Relate to events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
  • Improper installation
  • Improper maintenance and care. Using abrasive cleaners such as powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, or chlorine, or steel wool, or wire brushes, as these will damage and wear down the finish. Significant product exposure to chemicals, harsh cleaners and harsh outdoor environment will void any and all warranties on finishes and material.
  • Modification (including but not limited to use of unauthorized parts or attachments), or adjustment or repair. This warranty only applies when all components have been provided byHomary.com. Substituting another manufacturer's product and/or components will render the warranty completely void.
  • Normal wear and tear from daily use. For example, gloss reduction, scratching, staining andalkaline etching of finishes over time, due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmosphericconditions, are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear.

This warranty extends to the original purchaser, and is not transferable whether to heirs, subsequent owners, or otherwise. No affirmation of Bubbles Showers & Bathrooms, by words or action, other than as set forth herein shall constitute a warranty. If you believe that you have a warranty claim, contact Bubbles Showers & Bathrooms. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a copy of your original order confirmation, confirm the item number & Qty of the defective item(s), a complete description of the problem, provide pictures or video evidence clearly showing the problem.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS ORIMPLIED INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS ONANYPARTICULAR PURPOSE OR INFRINGEMENT. BUYER SHALL IN NO EVENTBEENTITLED TO, AND BUBBLES SHOWERS & BATHROOMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE ON, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING, BUTNOT LIMITED TO, TO LOSS OF PROFT, PROMOTIONAL AND/OR MANUFACTUTINGEXPENSES, OVERHEAD, INJURY TO REPUTATION AND/OR LOSS OF CUSTOMERS.

 

Harrison Bathrooms Returns Policy
No returns requests will be actioned without the below process being followed and no retrospective credits
will be issued without email proof of the process being followed.
UNWANTED GOODS RETURNS WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM DELIVERY.
If customers want to return their products due to cancellation or incorrect ordering, a fully completed returns
form must be emailed though to returns@harrisonbathrooms.com within 3 working days from receipt of your
order. We will then begin through the return process to collect the items. Only goods which are unopened in their
original packaging are eligible for this process.
UNWANTED GOODS RETURNS AFTER 3 DAYS FROM DELIVERY AND LESS THAN 28 DAYS FROM DELIVERY.
The process will mirror the above, however a 50% restocking charge will be applied.
Returns Process Details for the above
• On receipt of a fully completed returns form the collection will be scheduled for collection, missing information
such as invoice numbers will delay this process or the return may not be actioned.
• Our driver will bring the returns note and will collect only the goods which are listed on the
returns form.
• The items will be returned to our warehouse where they are inspected to ensure they are fit for resale, are in
their original packaging and are not opened.
• If goods are found to be not fit for resale, images will be taken and someone from the returns department will
contact you to discuss the return.
• The completed form is sent to our accounts department for credit.
UNWANTED GOODS RETURNS AFTER 28 DAYS FROM DELIVERY.
We do not accept returns after the 28-day period.

For any outstanding invoices with queries or awaiting credits, please pay your
outstanding balance as normal (in certain instances we will accept payment minus the
value of said query or credit but this needs to be agreed with credit control). This will then
be balanced when the queries / credits have been resolved.
GOODS RETURNS FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
Our Terms and Conditions allow a 24hr period for us to be informed of transit damage. To inform us of this and
arrange a collection please complete the returns form and send to returns@harrisonbathrooms.com

Novellini Policy

Novellini products include a 2 year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please note there will be no refund or corrective action provied in cases where the product has been damaged by the user or where the damage results from incorrect installation.
