I bought a toilet seat and when I took it out of the outside box I realised that it was too dark. I have made several attempts to contact them regarding this return but have had no response. I have phoned muliple times and it always go to voicemail, I have left messages and they dont reply. The same is true with emailing. I tried an online chat I was told they would get back to me but sadly nothing. I'm sure I am not an important customer when they sell bathrooms but it is important to me.
The entire design is a failure! Pulling on the pull handle itself dislodges it from it's top section, which is a push-in design into the main pull handle. It needs to be a screw in design so the two sections don't come apart when the handle is pulled to switch the light on!
This fragrance is light and has a classical
Floral fragrance. Would definitely reorder.
This item was purchased to replace an existing item which has lasted years.
