Ordered the shower online for click and collect. Price was great and the shower was a good quality make. A day or so later, we received an email saying it was ready to collect and noticed that they were open on Saturday.
When we arrived on Saturday, we said we were here to collect a click and collect order for a shower and the staff just stared at us! Having repeated myself, they proceeded to say they don’t do click and collect on Saturday as the warehouse lads aren’t in! Having explained I had an email to say it was ready and that it didn’t say I couldn’t collect on a Saturday or need to arrange a collection day, they reluctantly went upstairs to the ‘warehouse’ to go and get the item. Within 2 minutes they were back downstairs with the item (not a big deal after all!)
To say we didn’t feel welcome or that they were grateful for our custom was an understatement!!
