I bought a toilet seat and when I took it out of the outside box I realised that it was too dark. I have made several attempts to contact them regarding this return but have had no response. I have phoned muliple times and it always go to voicemail, I have left messages and they dont reply. The same is true with emailing. I tried an online chat I was told they would get back to me but sadly nothing. I'm sure I am not an important customer when they sell bathrooms but it is important to me.
Ordered two toilet seats via 'express' delivery. Obviously they don't hold stock. They were supposed to be with with me in 3 days but here we are 10 days later and still nothing. The original excuse was Evri lost the package (it was never sent). Their solution was to 'resend' (even though I purchased the last of the stock) and weirdly enough they advised me to use the original tracking number for the new order - apparently that's how shipping works... Do yourself a favour, find another supplier.
