Ordered two toilet seats via 'express' delivery. Obviously they don't hold stock. They were supposed to be with with me in 3 days but here we are 10 days later and still nothing. The original excuse was Evri lost the package (it was never sent). Their solution was to 'resend' (even though I purchased the last of the stock) and weirdly enough they advised me to use the original tracking number for the new order - apparently that's how shipping works... Do yourself a favour, find another supplier.
