Although you said that the first order was delivered and also showed a picture of the envelope this was next door to me I asked them if they had my delivery which they said the didn’t have?
So I have tried to find a number to contact you with no success and had to re order and pay again NOT HAPPY AND NOT COST AFFECTIVE TO KEEP INVESTING HOPING FOR A BETTER OUTCOME FOR MY SECOND DELIVERY

Ordered two toilet seats via 'express' delivery. Obviously they don't hold stock. They were supposed to be with with me in 3 days but here we are 10 days later and still nothing. The original excuse was Evri lost the package (it was never sent). Their solution was to 'resend' (even though I purchased the last of the stock) and weirdly enough they advised me to use the original tracking number for the new order - apparently that's how shipping works... Do yourself a favour, find another supplier.
