They sell the product but are not willing to listen when there is an issue, blaming instead the customer for not doing the right thing. Pathetic

Excellent product, replacement for ES one had for years still looked mint but sadly closing too quick.
Delivered in good time. Kept aware of delivery status, this is the best seat for our loo although they do yellow with age. This was the best value.
